
Shipping Policy
What are your postage times?​
As most items are handmade, please allow 7-10 working days for UK delivery and 14-21 working days for worldwide.
Please note: I can not be held liable for tax or customs charges if they are applicable. I am also not responsible for reimbursement or replacement if you provide the incorrect address.

What delivery service do you use?
I use UK Royal Mail for all orders. All orders are tracked and signed for in the UK but I am unable to offer tracking for all countries outside the UK. If you have any queries about postage options in your country, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Return and Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase, once notified you will then have 14 days to return the item. You will then receive your refund via the same payment method you used at checkout within 14 days of receipt of your returned item.
Please Note: This only applies if the product is faulty. Unwanted items are not covered by this policy.

Shipping costs and import fees will not be covered. Therefore you will only be credited the cost of the product you have bought. The customer is responsible for costs incurred returning the goods, obtaining proof of postage and are liable for any import fees I incur. In the event that your package is lost I can advise you on how to open a claim with your chosen delivery service.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, I will repair and when possible, replace the item. Bespoke pieces are irreplaceable so will only be covered by the repair process. The customer will be responsible for the return postage and I will cover the costs of returning the product back to you.
Please Note: If your item is received with further damage as a result of mis-use, neglect or damage from improper packaging, I will not be held responsible for further repairs and a cost may be incurred by the customer for excessive repair. The customer will be contacted on receipt of the item to discuss this before any repairs are done.
Refusal to cover this cost after prior discussion will result in the item being withheld until payment is received.

I package all my items with the up-most care and consideration. Any items that are fragile will be labelled as such. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit, but I am happy to guide you in claiming losses from the delivery provider.
